Scenes from Munich
Munich is a fun city. Our hotel was conveniently located on the underground so we hopped on the train each day to go downtown. Pictured above is the Glockenspiel at Neues Rathaus the neo-gothic town hall built between 1867 and 1908. The church pictures are of the Frauenkirche built between 1468 and 1488. It's the largest Gothic basilica in southern Germany.
Today I'm in southern Germany. I can see Austria and Switzerland from my view across Lake Constance (Bodensee). I have more pictures from Regensburg and Uberlingen on the way. I've even found some fiber arts, so I can't wait to share those with you!
